1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Feliks mobile application (“the App”), published by:

This policy does not apply to any other software, systems, or applications developed by JHC for external companies or internal business purposes. It covers only the publicly distributed Feliks app.

 

We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how the App handles data.

2. No Data Collection

The Feliks app does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data.

Specifically, the App does not:

  • collect personal information,
  • create user accounts,
  • gather analytics or usage statistics,
  • track user behavior,
  • store data on servers,
  • send any data outside the user’s device.

 

The App functions entirely on the device and does not communicate with external systems.

3. Microphone Access

Feliks requests access to the device’s microphone solely to enable core functionality:

  • real-time audio analysis,
  • detection of musical pitch and sound frequency.

 

Important:

  • The App does not record audio,
  • It does not save any sound data,
  • It does not upload or transmit any audio to servers or third parties,
  • All audio processing occurs locally on the user’s device,
  • No sound is stored, shared, or used outside the real-time function.

 

Granting microphone access is optional, but the App will not function correctly without it.

4. No Analytics, Tracking, or Third-Party Services

Feliks does not use any of the following:

  • analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Apple Analytics),
  • tracking technologies,
  • advertising networks,
  • cookies or similar technologies,
  • crash reporting tools such as Crashlytics or Sentry,
  • third-party SDKs that collect user data.

 

The App is completely free from telemetry and tracking.

5. Data Security

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data, no personal data is stored by JHC.

All audio processing is done locally and securely on the device itself.

 

In case the user contacts us voluntarily (e-mail, support request), any shared personal data is used solely to respond to the inquiry.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Feliks app does not collect any data from users, including children.

The App is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the functionality of the App changes or if required by law.

The latest version will always be available at the same published location.
